Yes. You can upload your own documents to share with your clients. Clients will be able to download them from their portal, print them out, and send them back to you once they’re completed.
Do you offer support?
Yes. We have a growing support website, as well as several tutorial videos that walk you through everything from adding clients to tailoring their coach portal experience. You can also reach us any time by email.
Do I need my own website to use My Coach Portal?
No. My Coach Portal resides on its own and having your own website isn’t necesary. If you have your own website, you can add a link from your homepage to make it easy for clients to find, and log in to, their portal.
Can I create my own online forms?
Yes. A powerful form builder is included with My Coach Portal. You can create questionnaires, payment forms, signups, you name it.
How do I get started?
To get started, just head over to the sign up page and subscribe. You’ll need a credit card number, a name that you want to call your portal site, and a few other details. Your account will be set up quickly and you’ll receive an email with login information.
